Ronald McDonald Houses provide a home away from home to families while their seriously ill children are being treated at a nearby children’s hospital.
Ronald McDonald Houses are temporary shelters serving children’s hospitals in Montreal and Quebec City. They provide parents with a comfortable environment, close to the hospitals, where they can rest, prepare meals and, above all, spend time with their child. More than a residence, Ronald McDonald Houses are also a living environment, a place where everyone can get support and comfort, where they can all express their feelings, be heard and understood.
The Ski Challenge is the only fundraiser benefitting the Quebec and Montreal Ronald McDonald Houses. By participating in the event, you are helping more than 10,000 families stay in the Ronald McDonald Houses in the province of Québec. These families need your help to stay together.
